General terms and conditions apply to every engagement we accept. You receive them with the engagement confirmation; the same version is available below so you can read it in advance.
Document
We apply the model terms of the NBA (Royal Netherlands Institute of Chartered Accountants), 2017 edition, variant 1, filed with the District Court of Amsterdam on 19 June 2017 under number 39/2017. The PDF above is the NBA’s official English translation; the Dutch general terms and conditions are the binding version.
If anything in them is unclear, do ask before you sign. We would rather explain how something works up front than have to come back to it afterwards.
