Complaints procedure
If something goes wrong or you are unhappy with our work, tell us. We would much rather have a complaint we can resolve than a client who quietly leaves.
How it works

Call or email us first
Most complaints stem from a misunderstanding and are resolved in a single conversation. Call 06 37 65 64 52 or email info@althe.nl.

Submit your complaint formally
If we cannot resolve it together, we will handle your complaint under our complaints procedure. It sets out how to submit a complaint, who deals with it and within what period you will receive a response.

Still disagree after that
Accountants are subject to disciplinary law. If you believe an accountant has failed to observe the professional rules, you can file a complaint with the Accountantskamer, the Dutch disciplinary court for accountants. The Royal Netherlands Institute of Chartered Accountants (NBA) explains that procedure on its website.
